Numbers fell and the overall quality was back but there were several pens of heavy yearling steers in forward condition that went to feed and a heavy run of bullocks. Yearling heifers were limited and most of the grown heifers were plain in condition. Around 70 mixed quality cows were penned. Not all of the usual buyers attended, and the market fell 25c to 35c/kg across the yarding.

A run of weaner steers to the paddock sold to 285c and light heifers 206c to 246c/kg. The better end of the feeder steers sold from 272c to 310c and heifers 230c to 260c/kg. Heavy trade steers and heifers ranged from 230c to 245c/kg

The heavy bullocks over 600kg sold from 220c to 248c with a single out to 276c/kg. Heavy 3 and 4 score cows sold between 162c and 195c while 2 and 3 score medium weights 140c to 162c/kg.
