Total Yarding: 618

Numbers were steady and the quality was good with large drafts of heavy feeder steers and good numbers of medium weights. Trade cattle were in short supply with strong competition from feeders buying more condition. There were some lighter weaners and a large run of over conditioned cows. The market sold to firm to dearer trends.

Weaner steers sold to 820c and heifers 600c to 650c/kg. Medium weight feeder steers lifted 4c and sold from 544 to 620c and heavy weights jumped 10c ranging from 480c to 578c/kg. The limited supply of feeder heifers were firm 470c to 533c/kg. Trade steers sold from 526c to 560c and heifers 535c to 555c/kg.
Grown steers and bullocks were dearer and sold from 418c to 460c and heavy heifers were firm 400c to 435c/kg. Heavy cows made up the bulk and the 4 and 5 score cows were firm to dearer 345c to 370c/kg.
