Total Yarding: 290

Numbers were back slightly for a mixed quality yarding. There were some very good yearlings alongside a few plain two tooth steers and heifers. Grown steers and heifers were well supplied and most were heavy weights in good condition. Around 100 cows mostly heavy weights were penned. The market sold to the firm to dearer trend.

The few light weaner steers reached 555c and heifers made 480c/kg. Medium weight feeder steers were 8c dearer making from 420c to 427c and heavy weights were firm selling from 388c to 412c/kg. Trade steers averaged 8c to 10c dearer on limited numbers with heavy trade steers made from 374c to 420c and medium weights reached 440c/kg. The trade heifers also sold to a dearer trend selling from 410c to 436c/kg.

Grown steers were 6c dearer making from 372c to 376c and heifers were firm selling from 371c to 377c/kg. Most cows were heavy and 3c to 5c dearer ranging from 292c to 318c/kg.
