Total Yarding: 13,276

Numbers dropped by 2255 for a yarding of 6375 lambs. Quality was mixed with a good supply of trade weights along with heavy shorn lambs and light stores mixed throughout. Most of the regular buyers were present and the market sold to a dealer trend.

Lightweight processing lambs to 18kg gained $4, $45 to $130/head. Trade lambs 20kg to 24kg were $10 dearer, $158 to $190/head averaging 750c to 770c/kg. Heavy weights sold $15 better, lambs to 30kg sold from $191 to $222 and extra heavies reached $250/head averaging between 780c and 800c/kg. Heavy hoggets reached $178/head.

There was 6290 mixed quality mutton yarded and prices were firm to dearer. Merino ewes sold from $34 to $127 and crossbreds $66 to $153/head. Merino wethers reached $157 and rams $80/head. Most sold between 340c and 370c/kg.
