Total Yarding: 454

Numbers dropped and the quality was good with most cattle having plenty of weight and condition. Yearlings were well supplied and feeders were again the strength and purchased more weight on average. There was a small run of grown steers and around 75 cows.

Calves sold from 600c to 712c/kg. Weaners made from 500c to 528c/kg for both steers and heifers. Feeder steers jumped 25c to 30c with the medium weights selling from 450c to 465c and heavy feeders made from 374c to 461c/kg. Heifers to feed lifted up to 20c on the medium weights and made from 402c to 446c as heavy feeders sold from 374c to 400c/kg. Heavy trade steers lifted 2c on a limited number and sold from 382c to 400c with a single B muscle reaching 460c/kg.

Grown steers were firm, to sell from 373c to 385c/kg. The D muscle cows eased 7c to 8c with the 3 and 4 score cows making from 275c to 304c and a run of C muscle Limo cows sold from 308c to 310c/kg.
