Numbers fell and the quality was mixed. There was a mixture of weaners to grown steers. Around 70 cows were offered. Not all the usual buyers were operating in a market that followed other sales this week selling to a cheaper trend.

The few weaners steers offered ranged from 310c to 366c and heifers reached 270c/kg. Medium weight feeder steers slipped $10c held up by restocking orders and sold from 312c to 370c/kg. Heavy weights fell 50c ranging from 240c to 320c/kg. A limited supply of medium weight feeder heifers ranged from 230c to 286c/kg. Most of the trade steers and heifers sold between 290c and 320c/kg.

Grown steers over 500kg sold from 240c to 300c/kg. medium weight cows were 8c to 12c cheaper and the heavy weights were 20c to 25c softer. Medium weights sold from 150c to 210c and the heavy 3 and 4 scores 190c to 228c/kg.
