Lamb numbers eased and the quality was fair to good. Trade weights were best supplied and were in demand. There was a small run of heavy lambs and only a few good store lambs. The market sold to a cheaper trend.

The 2 score processing lambs sold from $110 to $139 easing $13/head. The medium and heavy trade lambs eased $1 to $5 and made from $144 to $199/head. Heavy lambs eased $15 to $20, receiving from $184 to $215 and extra heavy lambs sold from $222 to $265/head averaging from 800c to 850c/kg cwt. Heavy hoggets sold to $236/head. Dorper lambs sold to $206/head.

Mutton numbers eased and quality was mixed. Prices were also cheaper. Medium weight ewes received from $108 to $170/head. Heavy crossbreds sold from $180 to $237/head. Crossbred wethers reached $236/head. Carcase prices were from 600c to 650c/kg cwt on average.
