Total Yarding:  328

Numbers lifted and the quality was mixed with most of the yarding over 400kg in weight. Weaners and light restocking steers and heifers were in very limited numbers. Yearlings were in reasonable numbers with feeders buying all but a few of the steers. Grown steers were limited while grown heifers increased in numbers. Only 62 cows mostly 4 and 5 score cows were penned. The market sold to a softer trend.

The few weaner steers sold from 448c to 518c and light yearling steers to restockers made from 428c to 448c/kg lwt. Feeder steers were back 9c with the heavy weights selling from 378c to 412c/kg. Feeder heifers sold from 370c to 403c/kg. Trade heifers slipped 5c selling from 362c to 387c/kg. Grown steers eased 3c ranging from 358c to 378c/kg. Grown heifers were back 15c to 20c with the heavy weights a factor. The better shaped heifers sold from 348c to 365c/kg.

The mostly heavy run of cows were back 15c, selling from 278c to 304c/kg lwt for the majority.
