Total Yarding: 354

There was only a small offering, 369 in total. The quality of most of the stock was plain with only the odd exception. There were runs of PTIC cows and calf unit in 1 and 2 score condition and a few PTIC cows. Yearlings and weaners were limited and there was a reasonable number of buyers present. The market exceeded expectations selling to dearer trends.

Medium weight weaner steers sold between $760 and $1035/head with a pen of Hereford steers weighing 226kg reaching $900/head or 398c/kg. Heavy weaners sold to $1100/head. Weaner heifers sold from $500 to $1050/head with most selling in the range of 270c to 306c/kg. Angus yearling steers reached $1410/head or 391c/kg and heifers sold to $1100/head or 309c/kg.

A mostly plain run of PTIC cow and calf units sold from $875 to $1350/unit and a small pen of Angus cows and calves sold to a top of $1875/head.
