Numbers eased slightly and the quality was fair to good. There were some very light and young weaners which restockers were very strong on. Feeders steers sold to a dearer trend and buyers were purchasing more condition and cover. Cattle to the trade were limited and there were fewer grown steers and bullock and heavy grown heifers. Around 80 mostly heavy cows were penned in a dearer trending market.

Light weaners under 200kg sold to a top of 1050c, heavier weights 580c to 872c/kg. Light heifers 760c to 920c/kg. Medium weight feeder steers ranged from 510c to 640c and heavy weights 470c to 588c lifting 20c/kg and more on the lighter weights. Feeder heifers 454c to 517c/kg on limited supply. Only a few heavy trade cattle were purchased, and they ranged from 480c to 501c/kg.

Grown steers and bullocks gained 10c and bullocks sold from 460c to 470c, heavy heifers 418c to 430c/kg. Cows were 3c score cows 330c to 360c and heavy 4 and 5 scores 355c to 387c/kg.
