Numbers almost halved and the quality was good. There were mostly weaners offered and there was a good selection of weights and condition. The number of cow and calf units lifted. There was a strong online presence. The market sold to a solid trend on most of the young cattle with a few pens selling much dearer. Cow and calf units were a lot dearer with an improvement in their condition a factor.

Light weaner steers under 200kg sold from $1,060 to $1,180/head averaging 640c/kg. Medium weights to 280kg sold from $1,050 to $1,380 averaging from 483c to 553c/kg, with the heavy weights selling from $1,300 to $1,610/head. Light weaner heifers sold to $1,100/head. Medium weights made from $950 to $1,280 as they averaged from 452c to 472c/kg, with heavy heifers making from $1,300 to $1,520/head. Heavy yearling steers sold to $1,630 and yearling heifers made up to $1,660/head.

The few PTIC cows made from $1,360 to $1,620 and the well presented cow and calf units sold from $2,500 to $3,200/head.
