Total Yarding: 670

It was a smaller yarding and the quality varied. Weaners up to 10 months of age made up the bulk and there were a few pens of yearlings and a small run of PTIC heifers and cows and a few pens of cow and calf units. There was more weight in the weaners with less weighing 220kg and under. Prices were solid through the sale.

Weaner steers under 200kg ranged from $820 to $1060/head. Medium weight steers, 200kg to 280kg, sold from $985 to $1,350/head and most averaged between 480c and 530c/kg. Heavier weights made from $1,260 to $1,590/head or 420c for the heaviest weights to 490c/kg. Weaner heifers under 200kg sold from $800 to $910/head. Medium weights made from $820 to $1,150/head or 420c to 460c/kg on average. Heavy weights sold from $1,120 to $1,340/head or 385c to 425c/kg.

Yearling steers reached $1,600 and a single heavy bullock $2,100/head. PTIC heifers sold from $1,760 to $1,950 and PTIC cows reached $2,200/head. Cow and calf units sold from $2,080 to $2,950/unit.
