Total Yarding: 364

Only a small yarding was offered but there was a very good draft of medium and heavy weight feeder steers and heifers. Light restocking cattle were limited and 2 and 4 tooth heifers that suited feeder orders were better supplied. Only a limited number of cows were penned and most were heavy weights.

Steers returning to the paddock were dearer selling from 436c to 460c/kg for weaners. Medium weight feeder steers were 20c dearer pushed by restocking orders and ranged from 372c to 410c and restockers paid to 420c/kg for the same weight. Heavy feeders sold 15c to 20c stronger, making from 376c to 410c/kg. Heifers to feed were 4c to 5c cheaper with the medium weights making from 368c to 385c and heavy weights sold to 395c/kg. Heavy trade steers were 5c stronger, making from 396c to 405c/kg.

Grown steers eased 20c but quality and age was a factor and sold to 368c/kg. Grown heifers to feed on reached 373c/kg. Heavy cows held firm selling from 280c to 295c/kg.
