Total Yarding: 5,406

Lamb numbers eased slightly and the quality was mixed. There was a small run of light new season lambs, while most were old woolly lambs. The market sold to a similar rate for the light and trade lambs but eased $5/head on the heavy weights. Light new season lambs sold to $145 to trade buyers and $169/head to restockers.

The 2 score processing lambs were firm $103 to $138/head. Medium and heavy trade old lambs $142 to $189/head averaging around 800c/kg cwt. Heavy old lambs made from $176 to $210, and extra heavy lambs made from $210 to $236/head or 780c to 820c/kg cwt. Heavy Merino lambs sold from $156 to $165/head. Very heavy hoggets reached $205/head.

Mutton numbers declined and the quality was mixed. Prices were firm to $2/head dearer. Medium weight ewes sold from $115 to $146/head. Heavy crossbred ewes made from $166 to $237/head, while most averaged 560c to 600c/kg cwt.
