COVID RESTRICTIONS
The Speckles in the Capital sale at SELX has the following COVID Restrictions:
Generally, all persons wishing to enter the SELX premises are required to scan in using the Service NSW App or complete the SELX COVID-19 Declaration. Entry will be refused to persons who fail to scan in or complete the declaration.
- Nobody is permitted to enter SELX if it contravenes any State or Federal travel restrictions, border closures and/or any State or Federal public health orders relating to COVID-19.
- No members of the public permitted.
- Vendors with stock in the sale may attend.
- Buyers with a genuine intention to buy may attend.
When on site all persons are required:
- Always wear a face mask both indoors and outdoors.
- Where possible, maintain at least 1.5 metre distance from others.
- Agree to comply with any on-site directions.
- Complete your business on site as quickly and efficiently as possible and then vacate the site.
Pre-Sale Inspections
To comply with ongoing COVID safety requirements, pre-sale inspections will be by appointment only. Prospective buyers are required to book a one-hour time slot which are available commencing Friday 1 pm to 7 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 10 am. Click here to book a pre-sale inspection time slot.
